Buyers paste 93536 into Zillow and think they bought Quartz Hill schools. They did not. Lancaster High also sits in 93536. Use the boundary table above, then the Westside Union campus, then the ZIP as a commute/lot-size check.

Who should skip the premium
- The payment only works on a tired house you cannot renovate.
- You need walkable retail more than a feeder. Quartz Hill is semi-rural lots, not a downtown.
- You are buying purely for yield. School premiums do not always show up in rent.
- The kids are grown and you are shopping lots and tenure, not the nested stack.
